Using this website

By using vergeon.co.za you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or access it without permission.

Our services

Information on this site is general. Services, prices and timelines are confirmed in a written quote or agreement, which prevails over anything on this website. Plan prices are shown in South African rand and may change.

CRM and WhatsApp Business chatbot

If we provide our CRM or a WhatsApp Business chatbot to you, you must have a valid legal basis (such as consent) to message your customers, honour opt-outs, and follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies. We may suspend a service that is used for spam, unlawful content or breaches of those policies. Meta’s messaging fees are separate from ours, and WhatsApp is a third-party service we do not control. You remain responsible for the customer data you load into these tools; we process it on your instructions.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Fees, deposits and billing terms are set out in your quote or agreement. Cancellation is covered in our Cancellation Policy and refunds in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Website content, logos and designs belong to VergeOn Media Group or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Ownership of deliverables is set out in your project agreement.

Third-party links

We link to other sites (such as social networks and our brand sites) and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, VergeOn is not liable for loss arising from use of this website.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. To ask us to delete your information, see Data Deletion, and to manage cookies see Cookie Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
